Return & Exchange Policy

All our customers have the right to return or exchange any product purchased from our store.

All products offered in our store are subject to the return and exchange policy under the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

• Products may be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in their original packaging.

• Returns must be made within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• To request a return or exchange, please contact us through the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers.

• Customers are required to take a picture of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number. If the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications, it will be replaced with another product.

• A full refund will be issued if the received product is completely different from what was displayed on our website.

• We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding product use in ways not explicitly mentioned on the product page.

• A 30% deduction (or a minimum of 25 MAD) will apply if the product has no defect and the customer simply does not wish to keep it.
