When will my order arrive?
Depending on the chosen shipping company and delivery agent, we work with several agents available in major cities. Order confirmation usually takes between 1 to 3 days.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver only within the country and in some specific cities listed on the delivery page.
You can request international delivery through our WhatsApp team by providing product weight and details, so we can check rates with international shipping companies not yet listed in our store.

What if I receive a defective product?
Please read our Return Policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. If a defect is confirmed and the return is approved, shipping costs are covered by the company and refunded to the customer. The product value itself, however, is not refunded as per the Return Policy.

I want to order in bulk, do you offer discounts?
Yes, our store provides bulk order delivery with discounts ranging from 10% to 20% on selected products. You can contact us directly through the Contact page for more details. ✅
